Battery Meter for my 2015 T@B

Hi
I'd like to buy a meter that will tell me how much charge I have on my battery.

Is there such an item?   How is it used? And where do I buy it?

Thanks
Little Lulu

I use a small monitor that plugs into the round 12V plug. They are available in most auto parts stores, as they are often used for checking a car battery and the charging system. You can also buy them on Amazon.

Here is one one randomly selected example.

Amazon and Walmart carry this Innova 12 volt plug in meter.  Ignore the lights as they are auto specific.

I was going to hold off mentioning this until I had tested it more thoroughly but since the topic of battery monitors has come up again...
I recently bought this monitor and it seems to be working as advertised. It doesn’t provide as much info as a Victron but it will supposedly send a low battery alert to my phone.

Some of these monitors come with a USB phone charger, that might be something to consider too.

I bought one of these a few weeks ago...instead of having to open up the battery box lid, turn on the power, unlock the doors from under the Pahaque cover just to see the “cigarette lighter” battery monitor...I can step out on the deck and how the battery is from my iPhone (i.e. does it need topping off).  Two thumbs up...
