turn the Jensen receiver to Aux One input and turn off the TV speakers via setting on the TV.

4-tracks? OMG.. that was a full couple of decades before 8-tracks! I heard people were passionate about their 4's & 8's. Cassette tapes required having a #2 non-mechanical, yellow pencil around "just in case".

The system they have setup for audio and video is old. Wicked old. You are best to put in something new and run the hdmi to your tv. Nucamp needs to rework how they do AV. The old Jensen unit works as a great stereo though. It is a project a bit lower on my list. Battery boxes and batteries up front and solar set up are right after moving the spare. Also, I would love the outback break and lift package but money doesn't grow fast enough. Lol. Nucamp should read more of our posts.
  • I plug in the HDMI cable from my iPad to the television and turn the television speakers all the way down.  Then I bluetooth my iPad to the Jensen so it can send the sound over the coach speakers.

So you are bluetoothing the sound, and using the hdmi for video? Do they get out of sync?

This worked.  Audio input is very low, but hopefully the campsite is quiet! ;)

turn up the volume on the TV with the TV speakers off and it works fine over the  camper speakers
  • I have never tried that.  I usually just control the volume through the Jensen.

i use the Jensen remote too but the TV volume needs to be up high initially or it won’t be loud over the camper speakers.
