Front and rear rubber molding

I am looking for a source to replace the rubber molding that runs horizontally across the front and rear of the trailer. I grabbed this picture for reference:
 
It seems like a lot of people remove the rear rubber trim to install a 3rd brake light. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Just an update, I did call nu-camp and the they were able to proved the strip I was looking for. Turns out its actually a piece of vinyl material that you actually bend into this aluminium rail. Nu camp sells it by the foot. I will provide installation pictures once I get a chance.

    Is it the same stuff used to fill the keder rails when they are not in use? If so, I think it's pretty standard stuff. I bought some somewhere a few years back to repair the trim on an old truck cap. I don't remember exactly what it was called, though...
