To avoid using city water when you de-winterize, you can set the Nautilus to Winterize mode and siphon in clean water, just like you siphon in antifreeze to winterize it. (View Post) -

Leave it at a campground or RV park. We do that on trips when we want to visit a city and stay for a few days in the downtown area. (View Post)
