This may not be the answer you are looking for, but be advised that I purchased the dual wheel jack from harbor freight thinking that it would make maneuvering easier. It actually made it worse.  (View Post)

If I were to hazard a guess, I would say they probably changed their policy when they came out with the heavier 400. To avoid any confusion they now say to use a jack to raise your tab. (View Post)
