Update on the 360 problem: our dealer has replaced the trailer. Photographs show that it arrived at their dealership already damaged so they ordered us a new one. Awesome!

Good ending to this saga. Our dealer replaced our 360 with a new one. It arrived at the end of August and we took it out the following week! (View Post)
