This method works fine for the 320, but not the 400. As mentioned in this thread, the support structure isn't designed for these loads, even for a second. (View Post)
Many hitch hook loops aren't big enough to allow the hook to completely pass thru for that method. Hence why the proper alternative is to shorten the chain if you can only hook at the hitch hook loop. (View Post)
