@Sharon_is_SAM Good thought. that would not fit the symptom of needing to pull the 30A fuse. The switch could not force a short path to gnd, and the battery appears to disconnect correctly. (View Post)

100W at 20V is 5A. Even if using 20' of 20ga wire (pretty small) you would only lose 0.5W in the wire or 99.5% efficient :) (View Post)
