12v part runs $90 to 110. Battery version runs $60 and up. So $40 to wire seems reasonable. Very simple to cut and splice the two wires yourself inside the wheel compartment.2 -

If the jack pipe is damaged you can cut the bottom inch off and drill a new through hole for footplate pin.2
