Have you checked the circuit breaker for your shore power source? You may have tripped it in your house, check for lights on your 30 amp plug for shore power and see if the cable is powered. (View Post)

Try pressing gently but firmly on the frame around the shade. The cover is held by very slight friction. It will open while driving but doesn’t need much friction to hold it closed while parked.  (View Post)
