As an FYI, it will fit nicely in the passenger bench on a 2021 320 if you remove the leg, which I also store in the bench. The arm will actually store in the slot on the mountain bracket on the table…3 -

IMHO, it isnt worth the massive amount of power that would be used. Between your inverter and the AC, I would bet a draw of around 15ah. I have found that once the sun goes down, the Aac really cools…2 -

My cushions on my 2021 and 2015 appeared the same to me. I think the OP's issue was more of a outlier issue than a widespread problem. Maybe it was a weakness in the wood.1
