Congrats! I would add antifreeze to the toilet mix, too. Also, the bathroom gets very cold. Leave your door open and it makes a big difference. Yes, generally, the closer to the factory, the cheaper.… -

Yeah, I didn't find it very effective. You have to put the tank on these rubber feet they got lost pretty quickly.
