When I look at all of the plumbing back there, I marvel that they did not build a bigger access panel. It's also a good remind for owners to check their pump filter for debris and any connection…1 -

If the receiver and frame fail, perhaps, but I think their primary purpose is for safety in the event that the coupler pops off of the ball, in transit.2
