I think it’s designed with three ports in mind. So blocking off one may cause too much positive pressure in the system and burn out the blower motor. Not totally sure about this though.  (View Post)

In regards to the foam I would almost venture to guess that it is similar to the foam pipe insulation you get at home centers. Those are split and have adhesive to seal the tube around the pipe. Just… (View Post)
