tab s mattress topper and sheet size?

for all you tab s owners, what mattress toppers, if any do you use, and what is the correct sheet size for your bed? queen? thanks

Here is what we came up with . Works great for us and is incredibly easy to convert the bed from seating area to bed mode , and back again . 

BTW - full size sheets are plenty for a 320s mattress topper , as they are designed to go around a full size mattress and are not really as small as "full size" when on a topper !
