Refrigerator switch out?

Is it possible to switch out my 2017 320s refrigerator for a new one sold on new campers? Can a pretty technical owner do it? I would sure like any option that will help it perform at very high altitude and as cold as possible.

    Shouldn't be too hard as long as it is physically the same size. There is just mounting hardware, a gas line if three way and the wiring.

    It will also depend on how and where the vents are arranged. IIRC it was around 2017 model run that the switch from the front/side vented model 3163 was replaced with the all side-vented N180.3.
    According to the install manuals for both models, they are similar in size, with the N180.3 being just a bit smaller all around.
    Is there another model in the mix here that I am not aware of?
