Nissan Frontier Pro-4x

Hi Folks,

We are looking at a Nissan Frontier Pro-4X for a new TV.

Anyone here have one, and what do you like or dislike about them?

Any comments appreciated.

Thanks

I have the regular SV-V6 4WD Frontier w/ manual transmission and find it a very capable tow vehicle for my 2015 Max S.
As far as I know the only real performance difference with the Pro-4X involves some different suspension components. No idea if or how that might affect anything.
I also can't speak for the automatic transmission version, if that is what you are looking at.

Just traded our 16 Frontier V6 crew cab 2wd.  More that adequate with our 400.  Wanted a little more cushion so got a 2017 low miles Titan, Texas edition, Crew Cab 2wd.  Busy getting it set up for Towing.

I have an Xterra (based on the Frontier)  which tows the 320 just great.  One thing I've noticed is that my Nissan has rusted underneath much faster than my friends same age 4Runner, and we drive similar places.  Toyota did a better job undercoating, so if you're in a rust belt, the Toyota might be a better vehicle.
