Loosing glycol at auto bleeder assembly

I’m having problem with alde system. I’m losing glycol through automatic bleeder assembly drain tube. It is a noticeable drip of glycol and continues till reservoir is empty or is powered down. I try and keep level in reservoir just above minimum level cold. Do I have an airlock in the system? I’ve tried raising and lowering front of trailer with no change. Will I need to use manual bleed screw? Has this problem happened to anyone else? I’ve contacted Alde but with Coronavirus stopping work except essential services I don’t know how long I might have to wait. Any help is appreciated.

Tell us what year your trailer is, it might help in the diagnosis.

Ken  ck at my post in Nov.2019  Try to give the flow asm. a tap..  if that don't work .. you need the flow asm.  from ADLE..

I agree I agree with @manny.  There is a float at the top of the flow assembly that gets stuck open.  Give it several hard whacks.  This did not work for us, though.  We ended up replacing the flow assembly.

Thanks for the advice I tried a couple of good whacks on bleeder assembly. It has slowed the drip somewhat but it still is dripping out slowly. I will be contacting Alde about replacing auto flow assembly.
I have read so many helpful tips and suggestions on so many subjects in this forum. I wanted to say thanks for sharing your problems, solutions and ideas. Your help is greatly appreciated.
