With cold but above freezing temperatures could you heat the side tent by leaving the door open or would it be ineffective and waste gas/electricity? We are a family of four and considering getting a used CS. We are thinking about sleeping two people outside in the tent and two inside. We might do the bunk bed modification as well.
If the heat would work with the door open and heat both the tent and the inside would it cause any venting danger?
