My new Anderson weight distribution hitch and anti-sway system made all the difference for me. Am still getting used to the brake controller but it helped on a short ramp the other day! I still am anxious but i drive carefully and no sudden movements. Theres some great wisdom shared on this thread!
@Jersey congratulations on your Tab! My 320S is my first trailer so I remember the fear of my first long trip. Luckily I was caravaning with friends, but what worked best was to breathe, keep telling myself that I am doing this, and stopping at almost every single rest stop so I could step out of my TV and shake off my nerves on solid ground. I still camp four hours from home or less for a few reasons, and I love the feeling of accomplishment from towing and camping! Just go at your own speed, others can go around you. Take care and I know you can do this!
