Questions about Air Conditioner

We are on our 4th trip in our 2020 Tab320 Boondock and seem to be having issues with our air.  The thermostat on the Elwell reads 93 or more and does not go any lower.  The Alde thermostat reads 72 and doesn't seem to get any lower.  This causes the air to run constantly throughout the day and night and not shut off.  I did just try to do a re-set on the thermostat, but I don't think that did a thing.  When we used the air on the last trip it seemed to work fine, as it would run for a while and then stop when it got to the set temp.  We did have some issues when we 1st got to the campsite with improper power source.  We plugged into a 20 amp service and it tripped the breaker at the source twice until we used the proper 30 amp service.  Any ideas out there?

Have you reprogrammed your unit to allow the fan to stay on constantly and only cycle the compressor? There is a pinned entry on the home page of this forum with a You Tube link. It will take you about 30 seconds, but watch the video first all the way through before beginning so you understand what they are doing. It made a huge difference in how the Air8 behaved in our 2020 400 BDL.
