Hello from Sacramento, CA

Hello! My husband and I recently purchased a T@B Max CS.

We were thinking about getting one and our local dealer had what we wanted (CS, white with red trim) so we snatched it up.

I've enjoyed setting it up getting it organized. I love the outdoor kitchen and the space it affords. We've gone tent camping and backpacking, so a camper is a completely new experience for us.

We took the camper out for a shakedown overnight at the coast and greatly enjoyed it. We did discover, however, that the cushions are quite weak and need to be replaced. Soon.

We're sitting in the camper in our garage because our daughter is using our great room as her studio for a photo shoot :). I've already started researching new foam inserts!

Here are a couple photos of our T@B with TV and our dog, Dakota.

Nice! Doesn't look like the dog minds the cushions at all. We use a 2 inch topper for sleeping in ours. Sitting seems ok, but then we usually aren't sitting in it unless it's raining. Enjoy!!  Our CS-S was in Sac last December. We have family there.

Cushions - You want them firmer or softer?
I replaced my foam as I sit and edit photos for a few hours and I ended up sitting on the board halfway through. I might have gone a little too firm though - great for sitting, a little stiff for sleeping.
The rumor is that the factory is changing the foam they use and will debut it at the rally.

    Thanks!

PXLated, we want firmer. The cushions don't offer enough support for sitting or sleeping. I am admittedly picky, tho. I'm going to check out some local vendors to see their options. We're hoping to get it right so we don't have to carry other pads for sleeping.

Dakota is the sweetest dog. She's still getting used to the camper and it helps to have her favorite blanket and toy. She's a golden doodle and just got her summer buzz cut. I miss the fluff, but she's happier with less fur in the heat (and it's so much easier to bathe her after a swim).

Golden doodle's are so sweet. She looks pretty well adapted to me.
Its amazing how much happier they are after a buzz cut.  I had a golden who got a summer cut and she was so bouncy after. Could tell she was a happy camper.

PXLated, what type of foam did you use? I know it's a matter of personal preference, but am curious.

I wish I could tell you - I went to an upholstery supply place with the old foam and told them I needed something a lot firmer. They laid out two pieces, I felt them and chose the firmer.
