Congrats on buying a T@B. You will require a 2 inch hitch ball. An anti-sway system and an adjustable height hitch are arguably unnecessary. Hitch height should be a one and done set-up unless you are swapping TV's. Even then most would opt for the less costly option of buying a second drop and ball for the other vehicle over the added complication of an adjustable set-up. A dealer might try to sell you anti-sway just because they can but that does not make it either desirable or necessary. There is added complication and cost associated with these and no real need. The need to decouple it in order to back up (unless backing absolutely straight) should be enough to make you reconsider.
