Has anyone changed out the frig to put in the larger one where the wardrobe is

Not really a doable option.  As the wardrobe locker is configured, you could only do this on the newer TaB 400s late 2020 and 2021, that have the modified wardrobe locker with the drawer under it.  This area was designed to hold the larger three way fridge, and wider inside width.

The wardrobe locker on the other TaB400s model year 2018 to early 2020, haha  a different arrangement.  It has side lockers creating a false wall on the side facing the bed, the water pump under the locker floor with access through the locker, and the power distribution unit in the front part.  Also the Alde glycol reservoir is inside the back part, as is the AC Duct which is in the back part of false side wall.  Also, the plumbing vent pipe run up behind where the Alde reservoir is.

So you would have to completely redo the plumbing for the Alde to move the reservoir, and move the vent pipe, AC duct moved, and reconfigure the bed side false wall area to gain the needed width.  You would also need to move the water pump and other bits under the wardrobe locker, to gain the required space for the larger three way fridge.
I think this is a non starter project for the older TaB400s.
