Cool Cat heat pump

I have a 2012 TAB BASIC.  Don't have owners manual for Cool Cat.  Question: does the heat and AC run on both shore power and battery?

    No, shore power only.  It would take a 3K watt inverter and 600 amps of battery to run the AC for 6 hrs.  You can use a pure sine wave inverter/generator like the Honda 2200 or a 3000 watt range generator, to run the CoolCat A/C.
