Leaking pipe under the bed. Any ideas?

I have a 2021 Tab 320S Boondock and from day 1 leak. Now 4 times out still leak coming from drivers side seat where the Water system is set up. Finally found the leak (from the yellow release valve) got permission from Nucamp to hire under warranty a Mobile RV mechanic to come to my home to fix. It’s a pretty big job. Just to get that yellow valve off from those clamps (special tool and his brute strength) need to reorder the valve here’s a picture

One more thing about the push fittings. When you push the tube in and release it, it should not come back out much. The proper way to do these fittings is to push the tube in to the fitting then, while holding the tubing in, pull the locking ring out (I just use my fingernails) to lock it in place. Won't pull out much, just back to its normal position. This locks the tube against the fitting. Less likely to leak like this..
