USB phone Charger

My 2 USB phone charger at the bed for 2017 T@B320S have "NO POWER".  However, the cigarettes next to USB charger has Power. My battery is good, I am also on shore power. I checked fuses box, nothing open up. Anyone knows this issue?

Thanks for all comments.

The USB outlets have been known to fail.  Either replace it or change it out for a robust 12v outlet and use a USB adapter.  FYI:  The USB outlets draw phantom power.

Thanks Sharon. Yes, it failed. I have used Cigarette USB adaptor in the mean time. It would be nice if to know where is the problem? Is it the plug that I need to change out? where can I buy the part?

Do you have wiring schematic of the 2 USB plug? What is phantom power? I want to trace to see if I have power right at the USB.

"Phantom" power is the various drain of the battery that can't be shut off.  Like the gas monitor, and the TV/Radios.  The only way to stop these things from using power is to shut off the battery entirely with the battery switch, pulling the battery fuse, etc.

Here is a thread that discusses the replacement of the USB "power centers."  It seems to be an easy process. Pictures included.

@huanvanho the USB jacks have no real serviceable parts to them. You best bet is to google search(or amazon) USB  faceplates, I am sure many options will pop up.
