On my used AVIA, but new to us. ALDE 3020 monitor won't turn on. Checked fuse on 3020 boiler and it is good. Awaiting arrival of new ALDE panel which I hope fixes the problem. Any other suggestions appreciated Who sells these 3.15A fuses?
@box1, the control panel operates with 12V power. Did you also check the Alde 12V fuse at the WFCO power center? (I cannot specifically recall if that will directly impact the control panel, but it is worth checking.)

A couple of very basic questions if you don't mind . . .
1] Have you seen the Adle ever work since purchasing the trailer? My thought being if No, then maybe Adle is 'on' but Control Panel was left in Dark/Night Mode. An easy check is: Panel On Button has a small green LED light, does it light? Pressing Menu Button should wake it up.
2] Have you done a complete trailer power down. Set battery cut-off to off, disconnect shore power. Wait 5-10 minutes. Turn-on shore power (if available), turn battery cut-off to on. Now try Adle Control Panel On Button. Thought being sometimes Adle Control logic (main PCB) gets stuck in a fault condition. A solid power off period has been known to clear these false fault conditions.

If you are on shore power the battery does not have to be on for the Alde to work. If you area not on shore power then the battery and gas have to be on for heat.
