Command hooks for stabilizer crank

I want to put hooks in the external access cabinet to hold the stabilizer crank (I have no idea what the correct name is) in place.  I am hoping there is a command hook that will work, because I am hesitant to screw things into the cabinets until I know better what I am doing.  Has anyone used command hooks to hold that crank and, if so, which command hooks work best for this application?  Thanks.

What about the style that holds a broom handle..it still might be too big to grasp the crank..as it locks around the handle..
