nucamp forum information request

I am new to Nucamp with a new 320sBoondock. How do I type in my TV and Nucamp type so it shows up whenevery I enter discussion?

At the top of the page, next to your name. Click on the "Gear" setting on the far right.

Select "Edit Profile."

On the left of the page, there will be a "Edit" box with "Signature Settings" listed.

You can fill in your trailer/vehicle etc, there.

@Bailey - FYI -  if you are on a phone, no one will see your Signature Line.  

To add your Signature Line from a phone, you must go into the Desk Top Site view.  See directions below.

 Access to the Desktop Site Full “Edit Profile” Menu / Signature Lines, etc.

 *Signature lines including T@B model, year, and tow vehicle allow members to quickly address your questions, but are not viewable using a phone mobile app.

**Be aware that Usernames can only be changed by an Administrator or Moderator.

Via PC / MAC

1. Sign in on the forum home page: https://tab-rv.vanillacommunity.com/

2. Select the "gear" icon in the top right corner of the web page.

3. Select "Edit Profile".

4. Edit your email address in the middle of the page.

5. All other permitted profile edits accessed on the left side of the page.

Via Android Devices

1. Sign in on the forum home page: https://tab-rv.vanillacommunity.com/

2. Tap the "three dot" menu icon at the top right corner of the page.

3. Tap "Desktop Site/View" from the menu. Horizontal view is bigger/easier to read.

4. Tap the “gear” icon in the upper right corner.

5. Tap “Edit Profile”.

6. Your full Edit Profile menu appears on the left. (Save any changes!)

Via iPhones with Safari. (FYI: Apple and Vanilla can sometimes be a little challenging.)

1. Sign in on the forum home page: https://tab-rv.vanillacommunity.com/

2. Next, touch and hold the "refresh" icon   in your address bar.

3. Tap ‘Request Desktop site” from the pop up. (If you see - “Something has gone wrong”,

just tap the bottom arrow to go back a page and the Desktop site will appear.)

4. Horizontal view is bigger/easier to read.

5. Tap the “gear” icon in the upper right corner.

6. Tap “Edit Profile”.

7. Your full Edit Profile menu appears on the left. (Save any changes!)

iPad and iPad Mini with Safari

1. Sign in on the forum home page: https://tab-rv.vanillacommunity.com/

2. Then turn the device horizontal.
3. Tap the “gear” icon in the upper right corner.

4. Tap “Edit Profile”.

5. Your full Edit Profile menu appears on the left.

Thanks @Sharon_is_SAM , I've never used a phone to access the Forums...I didn't know all that!

@pthomas745 - I believe that a very large number, if not the majority of members, only use their phones to access the forum.  I think that is why many go without a Signature Line because they don’t know it is a possibility.   I only use my phone for forum access when traveling and even then I prefer my iPad mini with a hotspot.  Much easier to read.

For a long time I accessed the forum exclusive on a computer, and never realized that signature lines don't show in the mobile app. I would roll my eyes and sigh when people asked "What model and year is your T@B?" when the OP had clearly provided that information...  :-)

I'm old.... I use the laptop exclusively. Phone is too tiny for most things, except seeing email, then moving to the laptop if I need to actually respond to an email.
