Sealant for outside receptacle

I'm just finishing up installation of my onboard EMS and am about to reinstall the outside receptacle, but am noticing nuCamp used some sort of caulking/sealant/goop between the trailer wall and the rubber receptacle ring. Does anyone have any recommendations on what to use here and/or know what nuCamp uses? I don't want to go with anything as permanent as silicone (in case I need to remove this one day) but I would like to ensure no water penetration.. any advice?
