Filling freshwater tank

I am having trouble filling my freshwater tank . After putting in a small amount , the tank backs up and belches water out . You then have to wait for a while and try again but then the same thing happens . I bought a Camco Water Tank Filler with a shut of valve but this did not help . It is a 2018 320S and our last trip last summer was the first time that this became a problem . Any suggestions ?

Your vent system is blocked somehow.  At the bottom of the water service panel is a small screen that should vent the water tank to allow filling without back flow, like you're experiencing.  Is that screen clear?  If so, check behind that area to see if the vent hose is kinked or somehow blocked.

This is a common issue with the 320s and one that has come up several times here. Here's a discussion that should offer some tips.

@pregen, if you have not already tried it, don't use too much water pressure when filling the tank.  If you use too high pressure, the water will come right back at you.
