Fastener for aluminum roof framing?

Any recommendations for type/ thread/ diameter self- tapping or sheet metal stainless steel screws to fasten roof rack to 320 through aluminum rectangular tubes? Will be over speaker/outlet areas so can fully penetrate tube.
