How do you avoid over-filling freshwater tank when filling from hose on city water connection?

They don’t tell you that some one should check the panel as you are filling I had the same question. It fills pretty quick . If you fill from a 5 gal bucket via 12 v pump and a short siphon hose 4 buckets is good for a 400.

@Zackanrbd -if the tank starts to overfill, water will start to exit the vent and you will see it on the ground.

Once the freshwater tank is filled to capacity it dumps excess water to the ground...this alerts you that the tank is filled...you cannot "overfill" it.
