Star Gazing window will not open

GrayGhostGrayGhost Member Posts: 23
I am having a problem opening my Star Gazing window on my  T@B 400.  The window stayed shut all 2020 (Covid).  We went on a trip and the window would not budge.  I pushed hard on it from the inside, but no luck.  I was afraid to push any harder.  Any ideas on how to open?  I think the rubber seals are stuck to the body.
Thanks for any help!

@GrayGhost, I think an email to tech@nucamprv.com would be my first choice. Or call your dealer, knowing you will probably be making an appointment to see your dealer.

I think that a little silicone spray on the inside at the rubber seal could be tried and should not impact the plastic. We coated our seals with a silicone based protectant for the spring to reduce sticking. But if NuCamp recommends a different approach I would defer to them. Be careful and you should not tear the rubber seal.

Just a long shot, but have you released all the latches on the side of the window?
    cheers
