2021 Tab 320S Isotherm

We took our new 320S on it's maiden voyage in Harper's Ferry this weekend.  Everything worked well with the exception of the Isotherm refrigerator.  No matter what the setting, the compressors runs and the light comes on (was on shore power all weekend), but it never gets even remotely cold/cool inside.  I ran the fridge for several hours prior to setting up and the AC kept the interior comfortably cool.  Anyone else end up with a dud Isotherm or is there some trick to getting this thing to operate I'm missing?

It's around 77F in the RV (AC running).

Around 85 degrees.  

Contacted IsoTherm today and they did some troubleshooting and sent me a label to return the fridge for repair/replacement.  Certainly better customer service than I got from my dealer, who could "look at it in late September..."
