Make sure you removed the outside vent cover... I've forgotten to remove it several times - and you will get no cold air.

The Coolcat does not need any water - that is at least one thing you can totally rule out. Have you checked the circuit breaker in the wiring control center (bottom of cabinet next to fridge)?

Glad you figured it out. Yes that will happen if you are not on a dedicated circuit for the AC and if you turn on something else sharing it and too much power is drawn. We have a 20 amp dedicated circuit for ours at the house and it seems to be fine, so far I have not tripped the breaker, with the AC running and the fridge, lights at the same time. But on a side note I am curious if anyone knows how many amps the cool cat draws when the compressor and fan are running?
It is not so much (around 10 amps or less) whilst it is running, as the big draw in current is on startup, when the compressor comes on, that is when you will trip a breaker on n undersized power source. cheers
