Portal Window Shade

Hi. The portal window shade on our 2018 T@b 320S has come apart. The rotating shade fell to the floor one day. We have tried to reattach  it by pressing the interlocking fastener pieces back into place... but it falls out again after a day.
Has anyone else had this issue? Any recommendations on how to fix? Thanks!

Recently converted my door from the newer blow molded version to the old style and added the rotating shade. Got it from here.
