remove microwave from CS-S?

I am looking at the CS-S and plan to boondock more often than camping with hookups. I don't see myself having a lot of use for the microwave - especially if I usually don't have 120v.
Is there any useful storage space to be gained by removing the microwave or ordering a 320 cs-s without it?
Thanks for any advice and if this was covered somewhere I apologize my search did not find it.

I have an older CS-S that did not come with a microwave and I don't understand why they added it. Feedback from dealers, I guess, but I just don't get it. It's a pretty recent feature, which would explain why you couldn't find anything about it.

TaG owners have created additional storage by eliminating the MW. I think these kind of conveniences get added because they tend to cater to owners who frequent RV parks.  And because there is some keeping up with the Jones.  Removing a MW from the CSS will yield a nice size cabinet.  If you want it to come without a MW, you can arrange to have it removed post production before it leaves the nuCamp facility.

Hi there, I guess I should have waited for you to gather everyone's ops... but no patience as usual, ended up ordering a CSS with NO MW.  I am one of those odd person who may have many use for a MW but  I still rather get a 2 drawer bank in place of the MW.  Well, I will be taking a delivery of a CSS without MV.  will let you know how that works out for me when I get mine in another 2 wks.  Please share what you find out and good luck with your decision!

I just pulled my microwave from my 400, reason being I can use the space and we really don't like to nuke the food.  In ours, we picked up 2.2cu ft of space.  I did purchase a "microwave delete kit" which included matching door, trim, hinges, etc.  I am selling the brand new never even turn on microwave this weekend to offset the kit cost.  Well worth it for our use.

As @Sharon_is_SAM said, many T@G owners removed the microwave.  We had a 2018 T@G Outback XL (Boondock) prior to our 320 and I removed the microwave.  It makes a nice cupboard.  I put shelving in and built a removeable cover.  I've removed the microwave from our current 320 and use it for added storage as well.  We just don't have 120v that often and the storage space is nice.

We ordered ours without the Microwave,  and love the additional storage. We hardly use a microwave at home so we dont miss it, and use the storage for regulary used items. Things like these are usually a personal presence.
