I have a tab 320 since 2016. Bernie boondocking many times. Before a trip, I bring my tab home from RV storage, check battery voltage (typically 12.2-ish) and plug it in for a day or two. I also turn on the porch light and leave it on (for safety while parked in my driveway). I’ve always been confused about if I should have the battery connect switch “on” or “off” eh wen plugged in, but after reading many posts I learned that it must be on to accept a trickle charge from shore power, right? So that’s what I do. My question is if my battery is also simultaneously discharging due to having the porch light on, or any other light/pump running. I assume not since if plugged in, power to every device is supplied by the inverter. Is this true? Should I worry that my battery could be discharging under these conditions?
