Finally made it to Key West!  Camper is on shore power, everything works but the A/C. None of the circuit breakers flipped.  The panel doesn't light up so we can't even turn it on. Then is no external button, only a touch screen. ANY suggestions?  I am thinking it is something simple.  We have a 320S TAB 2020.

Double check the breaker on the campground post.

See if the blue light is on on your 30 amp plug where it plugs into the camper

The light on the plug is red but the fridge and everything else works without the battery

I think I've seen someone suggest checking the back side of the thermostat to make sure it didn't come unplugged. I don't know how you get it out of the wall to look behind, but I guess try to gently pry it out.

try turning off your battery to see if everything that is on goes off.  If everything goes off then you don't have power from the campground post and you are on battery power only. Sometimes its actually a little hard to tell when you lose AC power, except that the AC doesn't work.

Try this thread, and start looking for the GFCI circuit that may be tripped.  If everything else electrical seems to be working, this would be the problem.  The GFCI may not be in the same spot in your 320, but check all your GFCI outlets and see if they need to be reset.
