Alde Beeps?

I couldn’t find an answer to this question but what does it mean when you attempt to set the hot water on the Alde 3020 panel to “more hot water” and the panel beeps three times? We were heating the water with electricity using the 2kw setting. Everything works fine but didn’t know what the beeps meant.

    From the Alde 3020 manual:

    19. Sound
    Provides audible alerts in different situations:

    • Button for sound On and Off,

    • Audible signal when hot water tem-
    perature is reached when Alde Flow* is
    installed and more hot water is selected

    • Audible signal in the event of “Gas Fail-
    ure”.

    Thanks @Sharon_is_SAM. I was looking at the manual and probably just overlooked this. I assumed it had to mean the hot water was ready but wasn’t entirely sure.

    Yes, means hot water is already ready to go and is already boosted and hot.

    It sounds like the sound is only supposed to be audible when the Flow is installed.

    I don't ever recall hearing a beep on our unit when the hot water is on.  Maybe I've just never been inside the camper at the time it beeps?

    It takes about 30 minutes I've found after first turning it on upon arriving at camp, but if you are already using the Alde for heat, I've found it beeps (3 times) as soon as I push the boost for the Alde Flow indicating the water is already at the set temperature and ready to use. 

    And yes, the beep is only an indication for the Alde Flow.

    Hmm, positive our 2019 400 has never beeped. The Alde flow auto reverts to normal operations after 30 minutes, but no sounds at all. Wonder if the sound versions are only certain years or an option? It is possible there is an option to turn around on too buried in a menu choice someplace?

    My prior 2019 400 also beeped as does my current 2022. I bet there is a way that sounds can be turned on/off.

    Does the 2019 have the 3020 or the 3010? Maybe it only beeps on the 3020?

    The 3020 in the 400 started to be installed with the December 2017 builds (2018 models).  The Flow became standard with late 2019 models.
