Custom Dual Fresh Water Tank 2018 320U?

On one of the FB pages this afternoon, this photo was posted.  The second owner reports it as a "2018 320 U Boondock", with no shower.
The question is: with two water inlets, does the owner have two fresh water tanks? 
Or did the extra water inlet have to be rerouted to work around the cabinetry I assume was installed instead of a shower?

    And....the owner just posted that this trailer used to be Mandy Lea's "Ambassador" model.

    I guessed correctly - Mandy’s TaB.  She had a large, tall cabinet where the wetbath sits and they installed the extra tank in the basement of the cabinet.
