Hi all! After a longish trip, the stabilizers are caked in grime, road dirt etc..what is the best lubricant to use after they have been cleaned up? Thanks! Brent

I agree with T-9. Hose off the stabilizers with the water hose, let them dry, and then spray the T-9 on the threaded rod. A little T-9 goes a long way and it is expensive so there is no need to drench the rod till it drips off. Start spraying at the top and let the T-9 run into the nut. Then run the stabilizers up and back down. that will spread the T-9 along the entire run of the rod. You can also spray the swivel points at the pad itself at the bottom of the stabilizer. The really nice thing about T-9 is that it is wax based and provides lubrication after it dries. And, it will not attract dust and dirt as does WD-40.
