Can city/campground water supply fill fresh water tank?

Yet another dumb newbie question. Have my home water hose connected to T@B with regulator, chasing what may be a leak in fresh water tank.
Does city/campground water fill the fresh water tank? Can it? Filling through the front potable water port takes a LONG time.
Also any tips for removing belly pan on this 2017 CSS 320, as I suspect 1) will need to fill fresh water tank from potable water port and 2) if leak returns, remove belly pan to chase it down.
Thanks!

No, the city water port won’t fill your tank on a Tab without the Nautilus system, which wasn’t present on pre-2021 320 models. (I know nothing about the Nautilus, so anyone who does, feel free to chime in with specifics on that.) Most of us use an adapter like this on the hose end to fill via the sidewall tank inlet. https://smile.amazon.com/Camco-Shutoff-Efficiently-Eliminates-Backflow/dp/B0006IX850/ And yes, it’s a bit slow still.2019 320s BD Lite, white with blue (“Haven”)

Have that very one.Kinda moot for now - something is leaking (need to empty out the undersink cabinets and do this again while watching closely) and the fresh water tank is empty.Search begins again next week, traveling (minus T@B) this weekend. Will report back when I know more!

@mmcneil72 ; Don't worry about the "belly pan" as 98% of the active plumbing is in the cabin space not under the floor. If you have water under the sink than the sink hot/cold water or Drain is your most likely leak source.
On my trailer the Sink DRAIN is a frequent leak source as it gets banged/pushed around while storing stuff under the sink which causes it to leak.'18 320 S, pitched axle, 3020HE; PNW basedTV: '17 Colorado V6 Z71 4x4, Tow Package, GM Brake Controller

Yes, ran into this last summer - various things stored under the sink shift and hit the drain levers. Someone on here made a wooden frame that protected these, suspect I will be doing the same next week. The adventure continues!

@mmcneil72 Where is your leak coming from? One of the little drain spouts under the trailer? Or some random place through the coroplast cover?

Drip/leak is moving round, put the stabilizers down to level the trailer. Blue PEX feed to valve was leaking, pushed it tighter up to valve and water gone now.Earlier today, water dripping from left rear corner but not visible holes damage etc.Going out to reinspect. Sun finally out, rainy monsoon here.
