Jenson wall stereo playing thru television speaker and wall speakers

I only want sound from the wall speakers.  How do I turn off the sound coming from the tv speaker?  (I haven't a clue how I turned it on!). 2018 320s

@nettles go to tv menu, select audio, manuever down to tv speaker and push left or right arrow button to toggle tv speaker off.

@nettles;     A second option to the one @dragonsdofly provided is to:

  -=-  Select 'TV' on the TV remote
  -=-  Then use the remote Vol- to lower TV speaker volume to zero
           this method is handy if at times you do wish to have the TV Speakers on
           as I sometimes do to watch/hear a local news cast.

  -=-  After setting TV speakers to zero,
          Select 'VCR' on the TV remote; now the remote vol-/vol+ will adjust
          the Jensen wall speakers . . . you will notice different style "volume settings"
          displayed on the TV between the two sound adjustments.
