Water pump running and not pumping water

Please help:
2022 320s owner here- I have a running water pump that doesn’t produce water in any of the faucets. The city water runs with the constant
connection. The pump doesn’t suction water from a bucket in sanitation hook-up/mode either.
I haven’t checked the water pump filter yet and haven’t found any information on its location in the system under the driver’s side bench which I’ve looked at but can’t navigate yet. From what I’ve read, the pump may not be priming. It could perhaps be my error of running the faucet dry with the water pump on last time out camping a couple weeks ago.
So.. thanks for any ideas and guidance!

@katane;  Here is a reference picture for the Water Pump filter location.

Some days getting the water pump to prime is a pain.
On my trailer it is most often due to large air pockets in the plumbing.  The Alde Hot Water Tank is a frequent air pocket site for me.  Some tricks to help clear the air are:
      - = -  If possible fully prime/run on city water.  Confirm all hot taps are flowing well, not just the cold.
Alde does not have to be on (heating water)
      - = -  If you hear the pump changing frequency; not running full out but acting like it might stop but
does not stop.  Then try doing quick short cold/hot tap opening at the sink.
This can help the air to move a bit so the pump will stop.
      - = -  Another thing to try is to use the Tongue Jack to raise high and really lower the trailer front.
This action can also help the air pockets to move.

I had one difficult day when nothing seemed to stop the pump from running.  It so happened that was a road travel day and after driving a 100 miles or so . . . the pump and water pressure/system worked just fine.  I have assumed the road vibration finally got the air to move . . . .

@Katane - owners with the Nautilus find that filling up the small hose for siphoning with some water, then raising it above the level of the nautilus and turning on the pump will help it prime.  If you already have water in your tank, try flushing the toilet while running the pump.  That will eliminate a lot of air, too.
Search priming Nautilus and lots of threads come up.

Yeah it sounds like the pump may not be primed.  I find it usually primes if I use city water to fill the lines first then switch over to the pump.  I usually do this prior to leaving for a trip so it's all good to go when I arrive at camp.  And if that does not work then as mentioned above, use a short cut off garden hose and use the siphon function.  There have been a few times that I've had to hold the short hose vertical, pour water into it then simply blow the water into the line.  Maybe do that a few times and it should prime for you.

Just to be sure, are the valves set to "dry camping" in the Nautilus box when trying to run the pump?

Thanks and Yes, of course I have been setting my valves accordingly in the nautilus compartment during my camping trips. 😉

So I’ve located the filter, easy find, and cleaned it out. Only a few particles were inside the screen section. I’ve been at the water source trying to run city water through while opening the taps. On and off dry camp mode. On and off with the pump switch.Always setting the valves in the nautilus accordingly. Finally called the nu Camp dealer with the scenario and they said it should just be replaced under warranty. It was working so well the past 6 times out…So it goes- I appreciate all your ideas and experiences everyone!

    FYI:
This image is from some printed information I have about my 320s/Pentair Shurflo water pump and the symptoms/issues that it’s possibly having with a check list. I believe it’s beyond my capacity
    at this point.
    Thanks again for tor help.

Did you try the priming trick noted above using the hose?

I am having a similar problem with my 1921 320S .  Filled the water storage tank for the first time, turned on the pump and no water.  I read this tread, filled the line with city water and began the flow.  Then shutdown the city water, turned on the pump, flushed the toilet a few times for good measure.  After 15 minutes of pump action, the water just sputters out.

My guess is you still have air in the system and most likely it is on the Hot Water side; ie. Alde tank.

On any given day my system will pressurize in 3-minute, 10-minute, 60-minutes so if you are on shore power you might try just letting the pump run a bit longer.  Or if you (like me) don't like that noise {possible pump wear} then start using the wheel jack to help the air pockets to move toward the taps.

While on city water, make sure to fill the cold lines and hot lines by opening the cold faucet until there is no sputtering, then fill the Alde tank by running the hot faucet until no sputtering.
