Trailer Tongue Wheel

I want to replace the stock Jack wheel with one that functions better on dirt, gravel, and other off concrete surfaces.  Has anybody done this?

We have a 2015 320. I faced the same issue as Shotput. I added two additional wheels to the original single wheel. I bought the added wheels at Harbor Freight and added a long bolt that fit through all three wheels. Works great on grass and gravel. A lot easier to move around.
