Hi,
bought this camper used. No issues according to the previous owner.
take it out for our first trip and upon opening the dinette window it literally fell from its track .
pretty discouraged about this
I was able to attach it in the track or rail but it is by no means secure.
is this a common issue?
new window?
Warranty cover it?

The window can slide from side to side in its track. It should have a stop,in the track, to keep it from coming all the way off. The one year warranty is not transferable, but the structural3-year warranty is. You could try contacting nüCamp Customer Care to sort this out.

Thanks, really seems like it is not held in. I can lift it straight up to remove it

Sounds like some is wrong. It should not lift out.

We have not seen this issue for the same model (NE USA I admit on temperature). I agree with comments, engage with nuCamp, with pictures of the issue. Post pictures to the forum and allows the many of us to compare and help.2021 T@B 400 BD T@bitha with 2016 Highlander

I just had the same thing happen after nearly three years of ownership, nuCamp said to check the end plugs, but wasn't much interested in discussing. Luckily when it hit the concrete only two small pieces broke, neither of which affected the seal. :(2020 T@B400 Boondock Lite w/solar

Hard to capture the issue with the camera.
I did send a nice email to Nucamp and there are sending me a new window although I am the second owner.
After talking with Elise? Nucamp parts come to find out the new wind has a redesigned hinge. So it appears there is an issue but I think not enough to warrant a recall but I am curious to see the difference in designs.
I am to take the new window to a service center for the install which I have to pay for.
I'll update when it is complete.

Just talked to NUCAMP about a replacement for a damaged kitchen window on a 400. They said because of the new hinge design they would not drop ship to an individual, only a dealer.
