Rhomar changeover, Spokane WA area experience?

Does anyone have any experience with a dealer in the Spokane area for the Rhomar changeover?  We have an early 2021 320S Boondock and NuCamp will cover the switchover under warranty.  I live in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and the 2 nearest dealers seem to be RnR RV in Liberty Lake Washington and Bretz RV in Missoula, MT.  Bretz says on their service request that if you didn't buy the trailer from them they aren't going to do any warranty work on it (seems a bit cheezy to me), so that leaves RnR.  Anyone with any experience with their service department?  Or another dealer that I don't know about?  Thanks.

Edit:  I sent a service request to RnR RV and the service manager got back to me in a few hours. He sounded knowledgeable about the Alde system and the Rhomar coolant. I have an appointment to drop my trailer off on Oct 31. I’ll report back on how things went.

I'm in the Spokane area; while I've not used RnR service.

I've heard positive comments for the RnR Service department, from other local TaB owners,
at their Liberty Lake {{ONLY}} location.

Have also been told the Spokane Airstream service department are Alde experts . . . but doubt they would do nüCamp warranty work.

@WayneW I bought my 2017 320S from RnR Liberty Lake and have used their service department a few times. They’ve always been great to work with. For my Alde I’ve used the parts department, Glenn, at Airstream Adventures Northwest, just off I-90 in E Spokane. They know their Alde’s as many of their models use them. As for rnr in N Spokane I avoid them at all costs. I started shopping for Tabs there and had very negative experiences. Best of luck!

One bad salesman experience, does not a bad dealership make.  Yes, many Airstream dealers, that carry the top end Classic series are very knowledgeable about Alde systems.  However, only top,end Classic series models use the Alde system.
